About the event
The British-Kazakh Society Education Group is hosting a webinar with in collaboration with De Montfort University, Kazakhstan.
At this webinar we will briedfly touch the context of establishment of DMUK, importance of the university for UK/Kazakhstan relations, support the university receives from Kazakh government, and emphasis pointers on the employability agenda. We are pleased to have the Chairman of the Board of Governors of De Montfort University and HM's Ex-Ambassador to Kazakhstan - Mike Gifford OBE, speaking at this event.
Other points to be discussed at the webinar:
- Strategic goals of DMUK,
- Growth ‘story’ since 2021,
- Curriculum offered at undergraduate and postgraduate levels,
- DMUK partnerships with business, internships, career fairs.
- Is it a British university operating in Kazakhstan, or a Kazakh university with British links?
