About the event
The British-Kazakh Society, in partnership with GRATA International, is pleased to announce an upcoming networking seminar in Astana on 16 April, focusing on “Legal Risks for Subsoil Users and Foreign Investors under the Land Law of Kazakhstan.”
This seminar will provide an overview of key legal and regulatory challenges affecting subsoil users and foreign investors, with particular attention to land law considerations, dispute risks, and practical aspects of operating in Kazakhstan’s legal environment.
The session will be led by Gani Saginbek, a litigation and land law specialist, who will share his professional insights and experience in advising on complex land-related matters.
The seminar will be conducted in Russian and will also offer an opportunity for participants to engage in networking with professionals from the legal and business communities in Astana.
