The British-Kazakh Society in cooperation with Fieldfisher LLP hosted a business networking seminar in London. The theme of the event was - Kazakhstan & UK: Resources for Trade and Investment. We are greatful to Fieldfisher for providing their office for this event and simultaneously acting as the main event sponsor.

At this event the Chairman of BKS - Rupert Goodman DL, and Ambassador of Kazakhstan in the UK - HE Magzhan Ilyassov gave welcoming speeches. BKS Director - David Skeels was the chairman of the seminar discussion, where John Morrow, also a BKS Director, acted as the moderator of the discussion.

The event aimed at maximizing the interaction between the panellists and attendees regarding the subject of facilitation of trade and investment between Kazakhstan and UK. The panellists are all very familiar with the two countries and have great expertise in their specific business spheres. Consequently the emphasis was on the panel discussion, Q&A session and then interaction during the reception in the wonderful setting of the host’s office.
