Rupert Goodman OBE DL, Chairman of BKS, welcomed the Kazakhstan delegation to the Houses of Parliament for a special tour hosted by Mark Garnier OBE MP. The delegation was led by Mr. Magzum Mirzagaliyev, Advisor to the President with Mr. Vasiliy Lavrenov, Deputy Chairman of the Atomic Energy Agency, Mr. Bulat Zakirov, Deputy Chairman of KazMunayGaz , Mr. Al-Farabi Ydyryshev, Director General of the National Centre for Technology Foresight, Ministry of Industry and Mr. Ruslan Karabulov, Minister-counsellor, Embassy of Kazakhstan. The delegation was introduced to Rt Hon John Healey, Secretary of State for Defence, during the tour.
