BKS Webinar: Chevening Scholarship
British-Kazakh Society hosted a webinar with 4 Kazakh graduates of Chevening Scholarship programme. Since 1983, Chevening has brought exceptional individuals from around the world to study in the UK. After returning to their home countries, Chevening alumni have gone on to lead and make an impact on the world in a huge variety of ways.
Chevening Scholarships enable outstanding emerging leaders from all over the world to pursue one-year master’s degrees in the UK. Chevening Scholars have the passion, ideas, and influence to provide the solutions and leadership needed to create a better future.
BKS is delighted to host a webinar about the impact of Chevening scholarships on the lives and careers of Kazakh Cheveners. This event is particularly timely following the UK Foreign Secretary’s recent visit to Kazakhstan and Central Asia and his announcement of a funding increase for Chevening Scholarship
